August - November

Program promotion and awareness campaign.

November 18, 2016

Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Companies will then receive and invoice within 15 days. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

November 23,2016

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact at each company to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is November 28 (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests.

Deadline to submit requests for alternate language surveys.

November 23, 2016

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

November 28, 2016

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).

December 2, 2016

If applicable, paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).

December 9, 2016

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

December 16, 2016

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email (online option only).

January 6, 2017

Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey (paper option only).

January 13, 2017

Deadline for all online versions of the employee survey (online option only).

February 2017

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants. Notices will be sent on this date.

February 2017

The BCG Employee Feedback Reports are sent to participating companies.

April 26, 2017

Publication and event date for “Best Places to Work in New Jersey.”
